- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, freight forwarding processes, and transport logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and logistics tracking tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve logistical issues, shipment delays, and client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and logistical tasks simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
