Job description

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or sales support in a logistics environment.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, freight forwarding processes, and transport logistics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and logistics tracking tools.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve logistical issues, shipment delays, and client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and logistical tasks simultaneously.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
