What will you be doing?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales team. You will act as one of the main interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments, in conjunction with 3 other internal interfaces - Account Managers, Project Managers and Aftersales Support. The overall goal is to simplify customer's communication with Navarino, faster response times, optimizing order executions and creating more efficient internal communication.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the first line of support for customer queries
  • Prepare Customer and/or order forms and circulate with the rest of the departments
  • Fill in the End Customer offers
  • Assist with collections by notifying them of any ongoing cases that may be affecting payments by customers
  • Follow up and ensure all customers have the necessary documentation for orders
  • Investigate and resolve cases or escalate such cases when necessary
  • Provide data and reports to the sales team and customers
The role is on-site in Dubai.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Agility in problem solving and taking initiative to secure excellent outcomes
