Sales Coordinator Supporting the Corporate Sales team.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain organized sales records.
Create and arrange presentations and provide supporting documents to help the sales team generate business leads.
Support management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of any delays and delivery dates.
Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering and handling emails and phone inquiries.
Establish active communication and engagement with Sales Managers to ensure that orders are processed on time.
Collaborate with B2B members in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
Help the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Managers have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Assist the sales department and sales team with departmental requirements, run reports for management, participate in and attend sales calls, and support the sales department to ensure all sales inquiries and necessary documents are completed.
Ensure compliance with all the department’s guidelines or specifications from placing the order to final delivery and updating the client/s.
Calculate Domestic and International rebates and accruals for orders.
Check that orders placed have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Place orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, attend to sales and marketing queries, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Prepare sales kits and presentation materials of the company's products/samples to attract potential clients.
Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

Experience Requirements:
5 years in Sales/Administration/Coordinator position
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language
