Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-qualify and coordinate with the sales controller to efficiently handle new leads.
2. Follow up on existing cold and warm leads, maintaining consistent client engagement.
3. Conduct cold calling and emailing for existing leads, assigning them to the CEM from the direct team.
4. Engage in all CRM activities, staying updated on its features to maximize system benefits.
5. Generate detailed reports as required for sales analysis and strategy.
6. Liaise closely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keep clients informed.
7. Attend weekly sales meetings for strategic alignment and updates.
8. Participate in key meetings and appraisals with the director of client relations.
9. Undertake training and development activities as needed to enhance skills.
10. Stay informed about changes or updates to laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
11. Follow up on closed lost deals and pending payments to ensure client retention.
12. Perform other assigned job-related duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

1. Full English proficiency is required.
2. Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM platforms.
3. Working knowledge of CRM systems and Outlook is essential.
4. Exceptional email communication, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
5. Previous experience working in diverse organizations with a multicultural environment.
6. Proven experience in customer support and client engagement.
7. Cold calling experience, with a target of more than 50 calls per day.
8. Background in customer service and client relationship management.
9. Knowledge of industry-related regulations and practices is a plus.
10. Experience tracking relevant KPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics.
