Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinating sales activities and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.
2. Handling customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
3. Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
4. Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to the management team.
5. Performing other duties as assigned by the sales manager or management team.

Qualifications

1. Good knowledge in MS Office.
2. Experience in submitting quotations in online portals.
3. Experience in preparing quotations as per client requirements.
