Job description

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs, promoting our products/services, and delivering tailored solutions. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of different houses to potential clients.
  • Recommend and demonstrate appropriate solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Use effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Must have a background in real estate.

Basic Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing to a team's success.
