Job Description
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of different houses to potential clients.
Recommend and demonstrate appropriate solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Use effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Must have a background in real estate.
Basic Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
