About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our retail team in RAK. As a Sales Consultant, you will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring a high-quality showroom experience. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and develop long-term relationships with clients. The role requires you to offer expert design advice, collaborate with the CAD team for product mock-ups, and stay current on design trends to provide relevant and innovative solutions. Additionally, you'll meet sales targets and ensure all order processing follows company policies and practices.

Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will contribute to your success in this role.
