Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice on property investments.
• Present and promote exclusive Betterhomes projects to prospective buyers.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Developer or Off-Plan Experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Resilience & Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s property market is an advantage.
