Job Description

Job Title: Sales Channel Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director

Location: Sharjah/Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Channel Manager to develop and manage channel sales strategies, partnerships, and distribution networks across Sharjah and Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring successful execution of channel sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement channel sales strategies to expand market reach.
  2. Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
  3. Drive sales performance through effective partner engagement and support.
  4. Build strong relationships with partners to increase sales opportunities.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  7. Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their capabilities.
  8. Manage contract negotiations, pricing structures, and sales agreements.
  9. Ensure compliance with UAE market regulations and sales policies.
  10. Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  3. Strong understanding of distribution networks, sales funnels, and partner relationships.
  4. Experience in managing B2B and B2C sales channels.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Experience in UAE/GCC market sales and channel management.
  2. Knowledge of technology, FMCG, retail, or industrial sales sectors.
  3. Certification in Sales Management or Channel Strategy.
