About The Role

Are you a natural salesperson? Do you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment, and thrive in a fast-paced setting? As a successful Retail Sales Associate, you will go above and beyond by providing informative product information and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience across the resort. You will have experience in a similar role, with the strong ability to:

1. Deliver service standards as per the company's and department's standards.
2. Meet individual revenue targets (sales) on the shop floor daily.
3. Ensure processes are followed to minimize stock loss, damages, returns, and exchanges according to the policies and procedures set.
4. Ensure the retail outlet is presented to the highest level of standard daily.

About You

You will work on a rotational basis across branded retail outlets across Atlantis The Palm resort and Aquaventure World, applying your exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will greet guests with a warm welcoming smile and act as an Atlantis ambassador while assisting customers, handling transactions efficiently, and maintaining a well-organized store. We are looking for a candidate who can naturally engage with guests, recommend products, and support sales targets. The person in this role should be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and a shifting schedule. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic retail setting, especially in the hospitality and waterpark industries, is crucial in this role.
