Job description

Our client, a luxury goods and jewellery company, is looking to hire a Sales/Senior Sales Associate for their Dubai location.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding and providing assistance in satisfying customer needs & queries about products, prices, and services.
  2. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
  3. Achieving sales targets and focusing on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Maintaining customer relationships to build long-term brand loyalty.
  5. Handling new launches, promoting products, and managing visual merchandising.
  6. Ensuring stock replenishment at all times.
  7. Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays.
  8. Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback.
  9. Coordinating with the Customer Care Centre for after-sales service.
  10. Generating Daily Sales Reports.
  11. Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices.

Knowledge or Skills:

  1. Thorough knowledge of features & benefits of products and brands in the store.
  2. Understanding of competing brands and prices.
  3. Well aware of internal procedures, processes, and systems.

Personality Traits:

  1. Good selling and presentation skills.
  2. Good personality and immaculately groomed.
  3. Basic numerical ability & IT skills.

Requirement:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with luxury brands.

Looking for candidates who can speak Arabic, Chinese, or Russian.
