Sales Associate

Position Overview: As a Sales Clerk at our Cakes & Desserts store, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will lead by example, using your excellent communication skills to engage with both walk-in customers and those on the phone. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and a flair for making people smile with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership: Drive branch sales and meet monthly targets by leading the team and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone, answering inquiries and helping customers with product selections.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, enabling you to upsell, cross-sell, and provide recommendations to customers.
4. Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is always visually appealing, clean, and well-stocked with our products.
5. Training & Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing support to the team, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in sales and customer interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
