Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to assist in leading our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and providing guidance and support to the sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
