You will be responsible for the following duties:

*
Assisting the Sales Executives with regards to tyre related Sales

*
Attending phone calls from customers and providingآ feedback, with a good customer approach

*
Invoicing, arranging deliveries, stock arrangementsآ and coordination with the sales team of tyres and related products

*
Follow-up for collections of account receivables

* Interaction and co ordination with the branches
*
Branch Support activities

*
Sales support administration

You will have the following experience to be considered for the role:

* Minimum 2-3 years sales supportآ experience.
* Strong customer focus
* Knowledge of, or previous experience within the Automotive or Service industry would be hugely beneficial
* Good understanding of Sales processes
* Good understanding ofآ Microsoft packages
* Good level ofآ English communication skillsآ (written and spoken)
* Strong team player
