Job Description

The Sales Assistant will assist the Area Sales Manager / Sales Supervisors to achieve the Route Sales and distribution objectives communicated by the Area Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor for the delivery and direct sales in the assigned route.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Accountabilities:

1. Proactively assist the Salesman in the sales of products and control of expiry in the allocated sub region / route.
2. Maintain a clean and respectable image of the company in the market.
3. Assist the Salesman in increasing the distribution of the product in assigned sub area by assisting in getting more new customers.
4. Ensure that the assigned sales vehicle is kept reasonably clean.
5. Remove near expiry products from the shelf as per the allocated date policy.
6. Maintain the shelves and the products in good condition.
7. Update new customer details in the system.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 10th Standard
2. 3 years functional experience in Van Sales

Functional Knowledge:

1. Sales process of van sales (Direct Distribution).
2. Knowledge of concerned products in the categories.
3. Knowledge of products and services of the company.

Job-Specific Skills:

1. Team Player
2. Adequate communication skills

Salary: 1200 AED + Accommodation, Transport and Ticket every 2 years.
