Sales Assistant

We are looking for a sales assistant with a mechanical engineering background to join our sales team. Responsible for specific customer accounts, your objective is to grow sales, improve margins, and increase customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will have to collaborate actively with design, manufacturing, finance, and logistics departments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / TASKS

Sales

1. Manage a specific customer portfolio.
2. Analyse the order received (PO + drawing).
3. Define order type (standard or specific) + price verification.
4. Coordinate with sales admin assistant for order entering in ERP + technical validation before approval.
5. Schedule calls, visio, physical visits to customers, based on priorities.

After-sales

1. Handle customer claims/comments/feedback.
2. Coordinate preparation of Credit notes/Debit notes with finance department.

Payments

1. Active payment follow-up to ensure on-time payment from our loyal customers.

Internal visits and others

1. Handle visits of Eurotech office + product inspections.
2. Help during internal audits and act as an internal auditor.
3. Support on administrative tasks whenever required.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

1. Diploma in Mechanical engineering mandatory. Certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role.
3. Experience using ERP.
4. Good negotiator, well-organized, and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
5. Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
6. Solid computer skills (MS Office).
7. Proficiency in English.
8. A team player with a high level of dedication.
