To assist the area sales manager/ Sales Supervisor/ Salesman to achieve the Route Sales and distribution objective communicated by the Area Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor for the delivery and direct sales in the assigned route.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively assist the salesman in the sales products and control of expiry in the allocated sub region/ route.
Maintain a clean and respectable image of the company in the market.
Assist the salesman in increasing the distribution of the product in the assigned sub area by assisting in getting more new customers.
Ensure that the assigned sales vehicle is kept reasonably clean (take care of company assets).
Remove near expiry products from the shelf as per the allocated date policy.
Maintain the shelves and the products in good condition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of sales process of van sales (Direct Distribution).
Knowledge of concerned products in the categories.
Knowledge of products and services of the company.
