Lead and support the sales reps’ activities, including definition of monthly/quarterly orders and shipments target and commission scheme.
Develop solid business relationships with existing and new customers, becoming the point of reference for the Lower Gulf market.
Negotiate commercial agreements with Top & T3 customers.
Coordinate marketing activities/implementation with the team.
Serve as the point of reference for partnership programs to generate synergies on frame and lenses categories.
Conduct forecasting activities weekly/monthly by customer/channel.
Coordinate budget processes.
Your Qualifications:
Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the frame business (Sunglasses/Optical) on Domestic and Top accounts customers in Lower Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
Lead, support, and motivate the sales reps’ team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
Support and coordinate the activities of the trade/marketing, credit, and after-sales departments.
Manage the internal process of forecasting and budgeting.
