Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the sales reps’ activities, including definition of monthly/quarterly orders and shipments target and commission scheme.
  • Develop solid business relationships with existing and new customers, becoming the point of reference for the Lower Gulf market.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with Top & T3 customers.
  • Coordinate marketing activities/implementation with the team.
  • Serve as the point of reference for partnership programs to generate synergies on frame and lenses categories.
  • Conduct forecasting activities weekly/monthly by customer/channel.
  • Coordinate budget processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the frame business (Sunglasses/Optical) on Domestic and Top accounts customers in Lower Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
  • Lead, support, and motivate the sales reps’ team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Support and coordinate the activities of the trade/marketing, credit, and after-sales departments.
  • Manage the internal process of forecasting and budgeting.
  • 5-7 years of experience within Sales.
