The person must be resident in Dubai (UAE).
The primary responsibility of the sales development market position is developing business for product categories within the Tazzetti brand portfolio via sales and marketing efforts with customers in local territories that will ultimately contribute to division plan achievement.
Customers at the local level will include warehouse distributors, installers, national accounts and retail parts stores.
Additional responsibilities of the position include business planning, servicing and supporting assigned existing customer base, new business prospecting, new store set-ups, selling programs and promotions, working with customers to develop downstream pull programs designed to create demand for Tazzetti brands.
This position will have a special focus on training customers on our high quality products, amplifying awareness and strengthening the image of the company and its products and services by identifying and cultivating influential relationships with key specifying accounts, general contractors, and key customers within sales channels.
Advises and assists Tazzetti marketing and sales offices in growing business and managing relationships with identified national general contractors.
Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess good business acumen.
