Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and manage sales strategies focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client goals and present our services as the best solution.
• Pipeline Management: Oversee lead pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates.
• KPI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize performance.
• Retention Efforts: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Expertise: 3 years of experience in a fitness job or sales role, ideally in a service-oriented field, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
• Client Relationship Skills: Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships with a focus on long-term retention.
• Operational Competence: Strong understanding of day-to-day gym operations.
• Commercial Awareness: Proficiency with business metrics and data-driven decisions.
