This role is to provide administrative assistance and support as required to the Sales & Marketing team to facilitate the team mission in achieving and delivering the set objectives and targets.
Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the S&M team in daily operations, including preparing proposals, contracts, and internal BEO as required.
Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, responding to inquiries and ensuring a timely flow of information.
S&M Tools Management: Manage the Sales & Marketing database by updating client information, ensuring the accuracy of sales-related data, and setting up a commercial database according to specific sources.
Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing/Social media partners, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials and collateral.
Event Planning Support: Support in event planning and execution (Media & Client events, campaign launches, trade shows).
Proposal & Contract Creation: Draft, proofread, and finalize proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences and services.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
