Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to help us grow our business. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. 1. Engage in proactive customer service, ensuring information is accessible and responsive to client needs.
2. Persistently pursue sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.
3. Demonstrate products/services, tailoring presentations to client requirements and management directives.
4. Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
5. Conduct in-depth product research and share knowledge with team members, enhancing collective expertise.
6. Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments.
7. Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. BS degree in business or relevant field.
2. Proven sales experience of at least 2 years.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Deep product knowledge and creative approach to sales and marketing.
5. Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
6. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
7. Ability to analyze target markets and conduct competitive research.
8. Persistent and flexible approach to challenges.
