About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Leasing and Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing and selling residential properties, delivering a seamless experience for prospective tenants, buyers, and current residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property tours and effectively communicate features and benefits to prospective tenants and buyers.
2. Qualify leads, screen applicants, and process lease applications in line with company guidelines.
3. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and sales agreements with potential clients.
4. Prepare and finalize lease and sales agreements, ensuring timely execution by all parties.
5. Maintain accurate records of leasing and sales activities, including property inventory.
6. Market vacant units and properties through various channels, including online platforms, signage, and open houses.
7. Follow up with potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
8. Build positive relationships with tenants and buyers, addressing their concerns promptly.
9. Assist with property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
10. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and real estate regulations in the Abu Dhabi area.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of one year of experience in leasing, sales, or a related customer service role.
2. Proven experience in achieving or exceeding leasing and sales goals.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; property management software experience is a plus.
6. Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
7. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to client service.
8. Preferably, the candidate should hold a valid UAE residential visa or Emirates ID.
