Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets including the Middle East.
• Meet with customers—both locally and internationally—to understand requirements and offer tailored product solutions.
• Drive sales of automation parts, electromechanical components, HVAC items, and related industrial supplies.
• Generate inquiries through outbound efforts, follow-ups, and customer visits.
• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on offers, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering exceptional support and consistent communication.
• Manage and monitor sales support staffs.
• Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to support pricing strategies and new product suggestions.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and vendor meetings to promote products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of sales/business development experience in trading, export, or industrial supply environments.
• Proven ability to generate sales and manage B2B customer relationships.
• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trading practices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
