Since its inception in 1990, the company has grown to become one of the leading suppliers and distributors of premium quality fresh cut flowers, indoor plants, and foliages. All floral products are from the company’s own farms.

Today, the company is the largest distributor of fresh flowers, foliage, and indoor plants in the Middle East. With global expansion in the cards, the company is planting more seeds of growth in existing markets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kenya, Ethiopia, India, and Malaysia.

The Role

Job Purpose :

  • To identify, affiliate, and onboard big tickets (Hotels, Corporates, Events and Weddings).
  • Accountable for Business Development & Client relationship management.

Primary duties and responsibilities :

  1. Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects.
  2. Follow up on a regular basis to nurture relationships with current contacts and new prospects.
  3. Develop business with existing vendors and build a clientele base for expansion of product categories.
  4. Identify areas for development and make proposals on the same.
  5. Develop a long-term business strategy and foster growth in assigned key areas.
  6. Submit daily reports to the reporting in-charge on meetings, follow-ups, cold calls, and contract signing.
  7. Create weekly/monthly forecasts and reports on market performance.
  8. Maximize networking opportunities and awareness through regular meetings and surveys to develop a further network of contacts.
  9. Perform MIS reporting.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience within B2B Sales in the UAE within the FMCG industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
