Responsibilities:

1. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
2. Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
3. Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
4. Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process
5. Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales
6. Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system
7. Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
