We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and executing digital marketing strategies for our event management business. This role requires a blend of strong sales expertise and digital marketing proficiency to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to target B2B and B2C clients in the event management industry.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize customer retention.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Digital Marketing:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Optimize website and social media platforms for increased traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Create compelling and relevant content to attract and engage the target audience.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to implement innovative strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the event management industry.
Strong expertise in lead generation techniques and cold calling.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing tools, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management and customer tracking.
Certification in Digital Marketing or related courses.
Previous experience in the Dubai market is a plus.
