The Role
*Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered for the International Markets.
*Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program.
*Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options.
*Need to generate revenue from new client acquisition as well as from referrals, from the existing client base.
*Need to ensure Daily inputs i.e 120+ calls and 2.5 hrs of talk time.
*Updating and maintaining CRM.
*Minimum 3-6 years of work experience, majority of which should be in consultative selling.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially in Excel.
*A passion for growing emerging brands.
*Experience in International Sales preferred.
*Prior experience working on CRM like SalesForce, Lead Squared or Hubspot is required.
*Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
*A Graduate Degree of 4 years is required.
*Job Location will be Dubai/Sharjah.
