We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AML Software Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling software solutions, strong knowledge of Technology, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the financial and Non-Financial Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for AML software solutions in the UAE market.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients including financial institutions and non-financial corporate entities to generate new business opportunities.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our AML software solutions.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to effectively position our solutions and address client needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, promotional activities, and customer support.
Requirements & Qualification:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in selling software solutions or technology products.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort with understanding and explaining complex software solutions and their benefits.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
