Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team
- Attend to telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate all site inspections as required
- Attend sales meetings as required
- Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence database
- Assist with direct mail / EDM campaigns
- Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
- Manage and maintain the database
- Assist with promotions where requested
- Organize trade shows, functions, and exhibitions where applicable and as advised by superiors
- Assist with the compilation of annual budgets, business plans, and regular action plans
- Assist with tender submissions
- Control stock of collateral and trackers
- Co-ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items
- Assist with the planning and development of promotional strategies for the hotel
- Work in line with business needs
- Responsible for sending Meeting Planner Surveys
- Communicate Daily Event Listings
