Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage sales data, client information, and property listings into various software systems.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to sales teams, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide property information, and coordinate property viewings.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate sales reports, track sales performance, and analyze market trends.
- Marketing Assistance: Assist in marketing efforts, such as social media management, event planning, and campaign coordination.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Technical Skills
- CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Real Estate Software: Knowledge of real estate software (e.g., MLS, PropertyBase).
- Google Suite: Familiarity with Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive).
- Data Analysis Tools: Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement.
- Real Estate Developer Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate principles.
- Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Sales Administration: 1-2 years of sales administration experience (preferred).
