Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the UAE market, excelling in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify, research, and target potential clients across various industries in the UAE.
- Use innovative strategies and tools to generate leads and convert them into valuable opportunities.
- Develop tailored pitches to effectively onboard new clients.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to maximize client retention and upselling opportunities.
- Proactively address client concerns and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
Market Expertise:
- Leverage knowledge of the UAE market to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Understand local business practices and customer needs to craft effective sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience in sales acquisition and account management within the UAE market.
- Strong network and understanding of the local business landscape.
- Excellent lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
