Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Generating and following up on leads.
• Contributing to building the pipeline by generating leads, referrals, and new customer opportunities within the specialty area.
• Developing and maintaining a strong monthly sales pipeline.
• Setting annual targets for each account and continuously following up on KPIs.
• Working with the client up to IT management level.
• Presenting the company's products and solutions and preparing offers to customers.
• Ensuring the realization of the sales plans and targets.
• Developing and promoting the company's brand name.
• Gaining ownership and growing assigned key accounts.
• Developing industry knowledge in the company's related fields of work.
• Supporting the presales team when needed.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• University or bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 6 years of ICT industry background in UAE.
• Sales manager, key account representative, or BD manager work experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
• Good organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
• UAE valid driving license.
