Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical (is a must)
UAE Driving License: Required
Manav Enterprise in UAE is a business unit offering a wide range of electrical engineering services to customers to help them attain electrically safe operations through electrical safety audits (earthing and lightning protection adequacy), accurate designs, electrical power system studies, and many more relevant services. Through our expertise, we have provided solutions to important market segments such as Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Railway, Power, Renewables, etc., in the Middle East and Africa region.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities in the engineering and consulting services sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Meet set Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed given revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune the sales approach.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Participate in industry events to enhance the company's visibility and key values.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in sales, preferably in engineering services or a related industry.
- Good understanding of electrical engineering and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
