Job Summary
Our client is a banking sector provider offering diverse banking and financial services, along with other unique services, to individuals and businesses through a network of retail branches.

Job Description:

  1. Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities.
  2. Develops negotiation strategies by evaluating risks and potentials.
  3. Assesses potential third-party clients in terms of income potential and mission fit.
  4. Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
  5. Evaluates, determines, and realizes quarterly business growth goals.
  6. Represents the company at trade organizations, on committees, and during board meetings, when necessary.
  7. Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information.
  8. Fosters beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business and enhance organization reputation.
  9. Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.
  10. Suggests actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field.
  2. Key account management skills.
  3. Age between 28 to 32.
  4. Minimum 4 years of experience in account management and sales.
  5. Preferable to have a background or experience in banks, post office, and telecommunications.
  6. Car is a must.
