SAINT LAURENT Stock Associate

Contribute to increase store turnover by participating in the merchandise flow management within the store and strictly follow all internal procedures in terms of logistics.

MISSION

1. Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific action plans.
2. Prepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepancies.
3. Guarantee consistent level of stock to achieve sales target.
4. Participate in maintaining a positive work environment.
5. Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally.
6. Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented, collaborative, available and versatile approach.
7. Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards.
8. Maintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising Standard.
9. Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being received.
10. Organize and tidy up stock areas.
11. Check in and handle transfers.
12. Handle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flow.
13. Prepare and pack all ready-to-be-shipped products, as well as handle all administrative parts.
14. Prepare and ship all returned merchandise to the outlets and warehouse.
15. Handle packaging and small stationery orders.
16. Adhere to all Company Policies and follow all Company Operational Procedures.

PROFILE

1. At least 2 years of successful experience in a stock department.
2. Rigor, sense of organization and priorities management.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Availability, adaptability, sense of service, team spirit.
5. Good knowledge of IT.
6. Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge would be an asset.
