We're looking for a vigilant and proactive Security Manager to ensure our hotel remains a safe and secure haven for everyone. If you have a knack for maintaining order and handling security with precision, this role is for you! Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
You will conduct regular inspections and controls to ensure top-notch security and safety.
Managing guest records and coordinating with law enforcement will be part of your duties.
You will provide additional assistance to guests beyond just protection, ensuring they have a safe and pleasant stay.
Keeping our facility and employees secure is a top priority.
You will ensure that all security procedures are followed and make necessary updates in response to new legislation.
You will track and check all employees and vehicles entering and exiting the property.
Develop and implement security plans including protocols for sabotage, fire, and first aid.
Monitor employee performance, support budget identification, and liaise with authorities as needed.
Assist local law enforcement with interventions or investigations and ensure compliance with the hotel's entry and exit rules.
Handle any incidents that disrupt order, immediately inform the General Manager, and if necessary, report to law enforcers to resolve the issue.
Help with outside incidents like traffic accidents or theft if they occur.
In case of any serious incidents like a death, coordinate with healthcare facilities and law enforcement, and report to the General Manager.
Ensure that security personnel are always well-groomed and professional.
Recruit and set annual targets within the budget.
Write reports on incidents and security-related events and handle security requests and complaints efficiently.
Ensure the regular maintenance and repair of all security equipment.
Assess employee performance, share responsibilities, and participate in Emergency Response Teams.
Promote environmental sustainability by joining activities that protect biodiversity.
Implement energy-saving measures and proper waste management to reduce environmental impact.
Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
