Safety Officer (Oil & Gas)

Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Provide safety training and education programs to employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.

Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for various work activities and projects.

Serve as a safety advocate and provide guidance and support to employees for maintaining a safe work environment.
