Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant degree.
Bachelor's Degree/ NEBOSH Diploma/or IGC.
ISO Auditing certificate (internal or lead auditor).
Holding Nebosh IGC, ISO certifications (45001 / 14001) and knowledge in MS Office.
It is mandatory for the candidate to be currently in UAE.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in UAE as HSE in manufacturing food/chemical industry.
Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance to all relevant Occupational Health, Safety and Environment standards and policies within the organization to promote a safe working environment for all.
Drive implementation and adherence to all international occupational, health and safety standards and best practices.
Interface with all departments with regards to HSE issues.
Maintain and review the HSE manual, standard operating procedures, and other HSE documents as per company requirements.
Ensure that the knowledge of HSE standards and procedures is taught to new employees and regularly refreshed for existing employees.
Manage HSE stocks based on requirements and ensure every employee has access to the required PPE.
Review the risk assessments and method statements and monitor for effective implementation of the permit to work system on a daily basis.
In charge of HSE in the absence of the HSE Manager.
