Safety Officer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure workplace safety compliance, implement health and safety procedures, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with UAE regulations.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure necessary safety measures are implemented.
  
• Monitor workplace conditions and report hazards or unsafe practices.
  
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees and contractors.
  
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Ensure the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  
• Keep records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance reports.
  
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for safety audits and inspections.
  
• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification is mandatory.
  
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Officer in construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries.
  
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and safety regulations.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  
• Ability to work in high-risk environments and handle emergencies effectively.
