ROLE SUMMARY

The Employee Life Cycle Senior Associate will be responsible for the employee from Hire to Retire, including Onboarding, promotions, transfers, Human Capital letters, Offboarding, and Employee Life Cycle. You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR queries, and will also be responsible for employee certificates and references. Handling operational advice and guidance through phone, e-mail, and chat will also be part of your duties.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Participates in the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of Workforce Administration (Human Capital) operations.
2. Responsible for the accurate data entry of Human Resources information, new hire processing, job data changes, terminations, unemployment tracking, etc. Monitors and approves all data changes made through the self-service portal.
3. Processes employee data changes and corrections as requested or as needed through data integrity audits.
4. Conducts regular audits to review HR data and records for accuracy and completeness. Monitors record keeping and data entry procedures for accuracy.
5. Answers escalated inquiries from internal and external clients.
6. Responds to routine questions about Employee Central (SuccessFactors) and procedures related to it.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate in a relevant/numerate discipline.
2. None required; internship or experience in a Human Resources services environment desirable.
