Safety Officer

The role of the safety officer is to provide safety awareness and implementation of safety standards in controlled zones.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as safety officer for selected location.
2. Stop work Authority, and act for safety violations.
3. Inspection of permit to work for validity.
4. Inspect Hot work areas for compliance.
5. Inform HSE department of safety issues / violations.
6. Check PPE of EPC.
7. Check tool and equipment for valid inspections and report all safety concerns to HSE department.
