Safety Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the Our team/s follows and implements JAMS site QHSE plan.
2. Observing, logging, and ensuring identified unsafe acts/conditions are closed out as per client requirements.
3. Completing and submitting a Monthly HSE project performance report.
4. Providing information, technical advice, and support to the site supervisor on HSE matters, including legislation, standards, codes of practice etc.
5. Leading a weekly project HSE site walk and meeting.
6. Monitoring project incidents to ensure they have been properly investigated and appropriate and timely action has been initiated to prevent a recurrence.
7. Conducting an ‘Incident Review’ of all significant incidents and issue a full report to the HSE Manager.
