We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and customer-centric Fitness Education & Career Specialist to help drive sales for our Fitness Based education products for MEFITPRO.
This role has 5 primary elements:
Drive new Sales: Generate new leads for our International Certified Personal Training Course and Group Exercise Leaders certification.
Sell Fitness Specializations: Tailor annual learning pathways for qualified Personal Trainers, Coaches, Medical & Group Exercise specialists looking to upgrade their skills and add value to their clients through online or live specializations.
Provide Technical Analysis: Analyze Clubs or Personal Training Groups based on current Personal Trainer specialties and areas of expertise. Identify gaps and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage student retention: Understand students/customers and provide the best possible education products for them.
Efficient administration: Collecting data is a key element of this role, and quality administration is crucial for day-to-day processes like uploading data into our systems to support customer communication and having the flexibility to assist in additional admin requirements when needed.
Experience and Skills Required:
2-3 Years Sales experience.
Customer service oriented and focused.
Comfortable on the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
Fitness enthusiast, ideally qualified in some form of fitness certification or eager to learn as much as possible about fitness certification.
Ability to build relationships quickly.
Quick learner and open to feedback.
Task oriented and able to follow a step-by-step process well.
Good English written and speaking skills.
UAE valid driver's license and car is an advantage.
