We are hiring a Finance Manager for our highly motivated team to provide support and financial insight to our organization and aid data-driven decision-making and portfolio optimization. This role will provide insight and guidance on trends; underpinned by best practices and standardized modelling.

1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the workshop in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
3. Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and objectives.
4. Provide safety training to workshop employees and contractors.
5. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
6. Maintain safety records and reports as required by regulatory agencies.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in safety regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Relevant certifications in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) preferred.
3. Proven experience in safety management in a marine or industrial setting.
4. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
5. Excellent communication and training skills.
