Safety Dispatcher

Job Requirements:

1. Joining immediately and available in UAE
2. Arabic native speaker preferred; military background is a plus
3. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar position with a transport company, logistics, or as a Road Safety Officer
4. Certification from NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO is an asset; UAE driving license required
5. Proficiency in using GPS tracking systems and other transport management software

Responsibilities:

1. Verify that all transport operations adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations
2. Monitor vehicle and driver locations to ensure efficient and safe routes are followed
3. Identify and report any incidents, delays, or unsafe conditions immediately
4. Act as the primary point of contact in case of accidents, breakdowns, or other emergencies
5. Provide clear and immediate instructions to drivers to ensure their safety and minimize operational disruption
6. Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and dispatch systems
