As a Formwork Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the formwork operations on construction sites. Your Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of formwork workers.

2. Ensure all formwork activities comply with relevant industry standards and project requirements.

4. Material Management :

1. Oversee the inventory of formwork materials, ensuring an adequate supply for ongoing operations.
2. Coordinate with procurement to order materials as needed.

5. Quality Control :

1. Implement quality control measures to ensure formwork meets project specifications and industry standards.
2. Conduct regular checks and inspections to identify and address any issues.

6. Communication and Reporting :
