SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER NEEDED TO HANDLE F&B HIGH END FINE DINING CLIENT ACCOUNTS

Job Description:

We are a leading hospitality agency based in Dubai, specialising in fine dining restaurant management. We are seeking an agency Account Manager who will be responsible for client management, social media management and someone who has F&B experience. Agency experience is a plus. The chosen candidate needs to be in Dubai and will work from the client's venues and also part time remotely. This role is therefore in a hybrid manner.

Please note: We are seeking a candidate who has experience in handling F&B fine dining restaurants/nightlife accounts.

The candidate should be competent in creativity and although we have an extensive team of designers, editors, and specialists, the perfect candidate should be able to manage some basic tasks themselves such as simple stories and reels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to establish brand presence and increase market share within the hospitality and restaurant industry.
  2. Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and restaurant locations.
  3. Campaign Management: Design and execute successful marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience, including promotions, events, and digital marketing efforts.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.
  5. Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, utilizing CRM systems and loyalty programs.
  6. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's digital presence, including website management, social media marketing, and online advertising.
  7. Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, partnerships, and event sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  8. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and sales, to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and brand growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  3. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and budget management.
  6. Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  7. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
