RUSSIAN SPEAKING E-COMMERCE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (Dubai Time)

About Us:

Kingsmen Agency is a marketing agency specializing in e-commerce, fashion and hospitality. We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Account Manager to manage client accounts, oversee social media strategies, and ensure a strong online presence for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality content and engagement
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand
Schedule and post content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize strategies
Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build community engagement
Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all content
Keep up with social media trends and best practices
Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-aligned content
Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
Excellent communication and time management skills
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique content strategies
Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
Strong background in e-commerce is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
Familiarity with Dubai’s F&B and nightlife industries
